Do you offer a subscription?
Not right now — each letter or gift is a one-off purchase. Every order is created especially for the child based on the details you share with us.
Are the letters personalised?
Yes! Each letter is written just for the child named in your order. We include the details you provide so the experience feels magical and truly their own.
Can I buy this for my grandchild/niece/nephew/friend?
Absolutely! During checkout, simply add their details in the form section that asks for the address you’d like the order sent to. There’s also a spot in checkout where you can tell us the recipient’s name (as you’d like it on the envelope and letter).

Where do you post to, and how long does it take?
We post worldwide from Australia using regular Australia Post letter and parcel delivery. Typical delivery times are:
Within Australia: 6–7 business days
NZ: 10–15 business days
USA/Canada/UK/Europe: 15+ business days
Rest of World: 20–25 business days

Postage is charged at standard Australia Post letter rates (added at checkout).
When will our letter be sent?
We usually send orders within 3–5 business days. For birthday letters, please let us know the date and we’ll time the posting so it arrives in time for the big day.

What age group are fairy letters and gifts for?
Our letters are most loved by children aged 3–12. Younger ones delight in the crafted look and design and having their letter read aloud, while older children can enjoy reading independently.
Is this just for girls?
Not at all! Fairy magic is for everyone. While many of our fairies are female, you’ll also meet fairy characters that are boys.
What is your refunds & returns policy?
If your order arrives damaged, incorrect or missing items, please email us using this contact form with your order number and a photo of the issue. We’ll replace it right away.
